The ormer Arsenal and Chelsea defender Ashley Cole has given his opinion on the possible appointment of Carlo Ancelotti at the helm. he Italian specialist is said to be one of the favorites to lead the Londoners, and he and Cole were together in Chelsea.
The left back praised Ancelotti but still stated that he preferred Ljungberg to take the lead at Arsenal permanently. The former Swedish midfielder has been promoted to the team temporarily after Unai Emery was removed, but he has no pro license and can only lead the team for a while.
`Ancelotti did a great job with Chelsea. I liked him not only as a manager but also as a man. He was like your best friend. On the other hand, many people wanted Wenger to leave and when they did, maybe they understood what he was doing. Arsenal is in transition, they tried with Emery, but who knows why, it didn`t work out. Freddie Ljungberg is already in the club and I hope he can head to Arsenal all the time.
